Plus by using a how-to, tells the reader that there is more to learn, so they will stick around and keep reading. This seems straightforward, right? Well, it is surprising how many personal trainers miss this point completely. If you take a look at their websites, most Personal Trainers opt to use the first option as their enticement.
Try it yourself, search for a service, heck even search for personal training in your local area. I bet you will come across plenty of websites that look like this; “About XYZ Personal Training Services”, followed by a bunch of paragraphs of tiny, unreadable grey text all about themselves and nothing about what is in it for the reader, who is ultimately the end client that they are trying to impress. What would you do if they could not tell you what is in it for you but rather talked themselves up about how great their personal trainers are? Yeah, that is right, you will click off that page in an instant, never to return.
The answer here is that value needs to be at the core of all your marketing communication. If you work at better communicating the value you and your services offer your clients you will get more personal training clients, it is as simple as that.
